IMO the increase is bc whoever the big box is wants loads of stock in exchange for financing and platform to sell. With the news of this mystery retailer around the corner it's either quite good, or very bad. Bad if the deal has fallen through. Good if this retailer wants to own shares. In any event it doesn't mean 2.5 billion shares hit the market, it means that they have freed up notes, likely for a huge production run
