The stock is acting like it is because a guy with a following recommended it. It has no bearing on charts, or news or anything. Over 1.2 million in volume in two days because he recommended it. Period. This is no indication that news is or is not coming.

Let's see what happens to the stock when the buying he created stops, how quickly USPR announces the results, and what the results are.
