lol, I'm not so sure of that. Some parties to lawsuits let their attorneys do the heavy lifting, but Basu isn't one of them. You can see passages in the original complaint that were clearly written by her. The same is true of the more recent Hirose complaint.

This suit has been dragging on since 2009, with Basu constantly trying to introduce "new evidence". Perhaps the judge has had enough. --Janice



Good! I hope that the judge has had enough the delays, and pushes the trail to proceed as scheduled. It now appears that PPJ (finally!) has enough evidence, after waiting for years of stall tactics from Grewal, to win this lawsuit. Of course, Grewal did not want to produce his bank records originally requested in the original 2009 lawsuit filing, because if they had been available back then, the trial could have proceeded a very long time ago.
