We are dealing with extreme valuations. The current situation is an extreme valuation on historic standards. Every stock and every sector has a price range, comprising a full spectrum. Banro is currently testing the low end of the historic price range. History tells us once this process is complete it will re-test the high end of the spectrum. So the low prices today are No big deal if you are calm and understand the process of cycles. The price is independent of managements decisions and currently following the tide of the gold mining sector. It's no reason to place blame, rather it's a time to get excited about extreme low valuations and back up the truck!
