I watched an hour long program on tv Wednesday about MJ and Colorado...and their many legal matters that have to be adhered to by the many different types of vendors wanting to set up a business in this potentially explosive industry.

They interviewed many people, from Obummer supporters and fundraisers, to growers, to seed salespeople, to even a man that grew the pot in his home, did not realize that he was breaking the law in Colorado, and he was presently serving jail time for it.

This couple, one an ex-marine, and his wife worked in the government, spoke openly about the many different kinds of governmental harassment that they were subjected to...especially by the regulating agencies. They even interviewed the state commissioner responsible for making sure that every aspect of this business was strictly followed. He mentioned that, due to the newness of the industry, in Colorado, that he was going to make sure that all aspects of the regulatory process was adhered to.

So, I guess, based on what I was hearing on this program, even not being up to code with the right kind of paper in the machine could cause a hindrance. I found this program informative. I believe it was on cnbc. One might be able to google it if it is of interest...
