Considering Ludvik Holdings Inc. is under WNTR's umbrella, This says quite a bit.

If not, this is what it says to me, WNTR owns Ludvik Holdings Inc. , and Ludvik owns Green Wind Solutions.

WNTR could be the next MING YANG based off that asset alone.
