IMO the machine is not up and running for the public.. I have emailed SS twice and herbal once...NO response.. SS first mentioned after the initial test video that machine down due to thermal paper...he then tweeted something about a needed .10 colorado vending machine decal that was needed with check made out to revenue dept. no telling how long it will take to process....several people asked about zazz on herbal Facebook page...NO response...
