I'm beginning to think the SEC has looked and seen that KMAG is holding at the .01 and thinking this is impossible for a suspended gray stock. They are afraid to turn it loose or think something is fishy that we have so few sellers. They might never turn on the lights. I too wish CEO would write a PR as to what he has been told by lawyers, SEC, etc.
