I agree, we have to take into account the heavy amount of dilution that we just experienced. In theory, the value of the stock should go down until investors are ensured that the value of NEOM has increased at least as much as the dilution that has ocurred.

The PPS is not waiting for more acquisitions or partnerships here, it's waiting for the bottom line. We need increased revenue and to be out of the red.
