The only stumbling block is the false and misleading claim stated, so not sure what it is and how this will be rationalized. Otherwise the extension would not have been an issue. They could justify remedying the PPS and total equity now that they are turning the company around, reduced debt and have ships to being earning a revenue stream (if you want to believe it or not it could be justified) This not taking into account the coal mine and other subsidiary businesses it is involved in.
