That is a very, very good point. A significant portion of the rest of the world DOES have faster Internet connection speeds. For example:

Today more than 80 percent of South Koreans are wired, and Seoul's been called the "bandwidth capital of the world."

Clipstream adoption makes a lot more sense in any of the above markets I suppose… comments?
