When revs become consistent, then APT will [should] retire a bunch of shares (hoping between 750mil to 1bil shares), and then do a modest share "buyback."
Later, with steady revs, profits, rising PPS -- and I know some are not gonna like this -- a reverse split of a 3/1 to 5/1 ratio range.
Now the share structure would be highly attractive. A lot of "if's," so, one thing at a time.
