ummm I highly doubt that .. as small and under radars LVVV has been to catch some wind in the sails on any rally attempt , the same goes true for acting negatively on such indirect fda news of warning lables .. that does nothing to impare sales of lets say redbull , monster etc .. fda like most gvt agencys like to waste tax payers time on petty items,, YET at same time protecting (the $$ chain) large corps that leach out the real poison such as fast food chains and other things like bs drugs for bs disorders , follow the slippery palms
