And just to answer the concern re what's in that report before someone comes in here and spouts off about how bad it reads.

This is a standard filing with standard verbiage. What's said in there is basically meaningless as thats past business. And they have to put warning on forward statements. Always is done.

What and why this is great news. And what we've been waiting for, is this now puts MDRM all current with the SEC and hence can now have its alert taken off for not having the correct filings in place.

This is great news. So please stop looking at the details inside the report and seeing doom and gloom
