Here's a few questions you could reasonably ask.

What is the status on completing some 200 hour WHE runs in order to start the cash flowing from Phoenix?

What is the hardware that OSU is supposed to build to test the WHE? How is the fabrication progressing and when will it be completed?

Can you have a report from OSU verifying the validity of water lubricated engines?

Can you have a dyno test report from OSU, including "indicator" diagrams?

How well does the rotary valve work in the OSU tests? Any leakage, friction or wear?

How much clearance volume does the tube from the valve to the cylinder add?

What kind of flow resistance does that tube add and how many psi of wire drawing are they seeing?

The following all anticipate mass production.

What product redesign is underway to facilitate higher speed and lower cost mass production?

What provisions are being made for future mass production? What kind of investments will be needed in automated sand foundry patterns, die casting tooling, injection molds, forging dies and dedicated work stations?

What kind of quality control is Cyclone implementing? QS-9000?

What sort of inspection equipment, Co-ordinate Measuring Machines?

What percentage of parts will be checked?

What kind of dealer network is lined up?

Who is going to do service and warranty repairs? How are they to be trained?

What is the warranty going to be?

OK, I could go on, but certainly don't want to hog the discussion.

Regards,

Tom
