Thanks man4apenny. It looks interesting to say the least. I'll do my DD, and may decide to get in.

PS: you might want to check out one of my long-term picks in the same price category: GDVI. Still a near-bottom. Already EPS positive for several Q's, 153 workers, in the modular school construction business in CA. High YOY.
