No - it is not over yet for us.

Neither the US Court of Federal Claims nor the Delaware District Court has rendered a Decision on what Party owns the Anchor Award and WMILT's Motion to Dismiss, respectively.

It is highly unusual that the Delaware District Court has not rendered a Decision yet - after 17 months - on WMILT's Motion to Dismiss. I am thinking that the Delaware District Court may be waiting for the US Court of Federal Claims to first assign ownership of the Anchor Award - which is not fair to us.

I phoned the Delaware District Court and was informed that the matter - Motion to Dismiss - is still under advisement - whatever that means.
