I hear what you are saying. I think due to the fluxes the flippers have seen that they can get in and out and are happy with the in between profit taking but I think it might be getting to the point that the next time they sell they wont be able to get back in. that should start keeping the north bound traffic continuous. I am like you hopefully sooner than later.
