All things being the same or better with the company then they were when it was .008 or higher, why has the pps been falling? Is that what happens to companies with good organization and products? Should less debt, less shares better products, expanding product line and distribution equate to at least holding value?

Those things taken into consideration, this price should be at least what it was at the lower high. The fact that it is not tells you that nothing good is reflected in price. If the price now does have anything to do with their moves and it can be so manipulated and held down then it may never show the value it should hold. it could be held down or continue down for any period of time, till your hold is a quarter or eighth what it was.

It's not about be impatient, it's about seeing things are not as they should be with this stock. If the company or someone else is causing that to your holdings then you need to decide if its smart to be a part of it.
