3rd parties in a restructuring deal often change their views, pre or post a BK filing . . . they have to attempt a voluntary deal, before filing for protection . . . THEN we will see the deal offered to a judge . . . i will give up if nothing is filed 3 months after the VR takes place . . .

please explain the advantage of forcing chap 7, or the advantage of accepting a low ball deal? . . . anything beats nothing . . . let the manipulation commence . . .
