I don't see them dodging it since they mentioned from June 6th PR:

"At present, subject to further regulatory approvals, we are planning to have the mill and mine operational by late 2014."

further regulatory approvals...?... best scenario is they DO have a detailed plan or already submitted something

Hope for the best, and if they dont mention mill mill mill mill mill, well we got riped off.
