Concerned about new filing stating that there WAS a Material error in previous filing . If monies are due (suit) it should be from Scott and officers who took profits on insider info and fraud- no further abuse to stockholders. Hopefully this company can rise from their ashes -if takeover management`is truly interested in developing this business, at this time ,and not extending the abuse. Stockholders need some sign of positive
movement to regain some confidence. COMMENTS ?????
