Going through the 10Q -

"We also intend to continue to strengthen our balance sheet by paying off debt either through exchange of equity for cancellation of debt obligations or the payment of debt obligations with cash."

They don't have squat for cash, so they're paying off debt obligations and services with shares. At a quick glance I saw 3,500,000 shares for the last quarter. Probably more hidden. But with the volume we had today, in practicality, you could eat through those shares quick. But there is a lot of other factors involved.
