So I just called universal green. Employee said to call crystal who is the owner. Talked to her for about 20 minutes. Zazzz machine not going in store but American green will get ALL profits from store sales. They def have acquired and all operations and all employees and business functions will stay the same. She said company had made revenue for the past 4 years and a rival store in Sonoma just shut down essentially doubling their profits from here on out. If you don't believe me call yourself. Employees are kinda clueless aside from knowing about American green and the buyout and will refer you to crystal. Call and she will give you details. She was very nice and willing to talk. Her husband who is more In depth of negotiations will call me to discuss other questions.
