Bell ringing means nothing to me...

w/o MSA or at least another distribution agreement prior to.

Take a lesson from the R2K fiasco.
When the board (us) thinks it'll be a for sure move North...it won't.
Fundamental news will move us now, not just showing up on the floor.
Not trying to be a downer, just being realistic.

As stated, if we roll into July 15th with MSA approval and a couple of North American agreements, shoot, this thing will absolutely rip upwards.
Until then, we get traded up/down/up/down.
