FWIW, Dr. Seymour stated years ago that there would be no peer reviewed papers. The FDA is the only entity's approval he cares about.
Additionally, all too often peer review yields a consensus which is influenced by the reviewers' need to be accepted by their colleagues. Putting one's stamp of approval on a such a potentially disruptive technology no matter how good is risky.

If you understand that peer review is irrelevant, why did you triumphantly link to an NNVC press release as an example of a peer reviewed paper? And why did Forzanano do the same thing?"
