Just my guess...the certs have a redemption date of 6 months after issue..

What would PVEC consider the "issue date" to be? Would it be the "pay date" of 4/23/14 as stated in the FINRA-released statement on 4/4/14 or would it be whatever delayed date the company eventually issued the certificate?

The certificate imaged below was not issued until 5/10/14. Would it's redemption date be 6 months from the actual issuance? If so, would those still waiting for a certificate have to wait six months after it is issued to try to redeem or convert it?

Peter Villiotis and his staff have made a mess of this Series C "gift distribution" and have refused to provide any explanatory information except for Kerry's claim that the NOBO list provided by Broadridge Financial Group was deficient and did not include a "good number" of PVEC shareholders.

If PVEC's claim that the NOBO list Broadridge Financial Group allegedly provided to PVEC for the record date of 4/15/14 was severely deficient and excluded a "good number" of shareholders who should have qualified, PVEC should file a legal claim against Broadridge as should the brokers of PVEC shareholders whose clients should have been on the 4/15/14 NOBO list.
