Can someone, besides IR, explain why WOLV's consultant Bruce Costered can't be CEO or a director of WOLV??? Did he have SEC troubles? I have always found this very interesting his girlfriend set up a company was it for Bruce because of his past. These people should not be allowed to flip companies because of problems such as dilution.
