it probably would have been a bit simpler (and cheaper!!!) to have JUST remained compliant to begin with, and not be revoked......

(assuming it's not all being done as a tactic, to cover their behinds......."hey, we may have fumbled the ball a bit in the past, but now we are trying to fix all the things we let go to hell....forget all the past history, and the money you "lost", we are now trying to do it right")

as usual, my usually skeptical opinions and feelings about self-serving penny stock operators.....
