Bandera Gold Ltd. is a Junior Canadian Exploration Company maintaining a significant interest in projects in Colombia and Mexico. Our current focus is split between our Belmira project in Colombia and the Cinco Minas project in Mexico.

1. bgl is not a Junior "Mining" company. They are a Junior "Exploration" company.
2. bgl still says on their website that they have an interest in the Colombian site. I think this needs to be updated since they wrote off their investment in this site on their books last quarter.
3. bgl says they have an interest in the Cinco Minas project in Mexico. I think we all need some clarification on this since recent dd in this area appears to contradict this claim.
