"The Issue" here is this, correct?
In May 2009, with Jack L. Stapleton at the helm, over 2 billion shares were illegally issued & sold - DTC calling it money laundering.
Those shares have evolved through RS's, name change and CEO changes but are essentially still the same illegal shares trading today?
