It would be interesting to see if they wait to acquire another company before or after the release of substantial cell news, testing or manufacturing. You would think that would be very attractive to small(er) but growing companies. Whether they are inverter manufacturers or other installation companies. JN has reiterated about an acquisition this entire year, so I think that's inevitable.
JN is trying to grow SUNworks and the installation side of things as quickly as possible, IMO. at the rate SCTY is growing they need to gain as much market share as possible so they can do battle with them in the future. SCTY turning into a comcast or verizon would be bad news for other installation companies. There is a ton of room for growth right now though, and smaller companies can still get a piece at the moment
