I would say you are right for the most part. However it is not her job to increase the pps. The connections are what are of value. Like I said earlier, as long as Titan stays the course and completes its milestones the ops is not
an issue whatsoever. People want the pps high now and thinks that they will base an attempt at uplifting based on pps when it will be done based on progress. Because pps will not be relevant to uplifting as long as they meet their progress deadlines.
