AMERICAN GREEN TO ACQUIRE GREEN UNIVERSE AND STRENGTHEN
PARTNERSHIPS WITH NORTHERN CALIFORNIA GROW FACILITIES



Tempe, Ariz. – (06.25.2014) – American Green (OTC: ERBB) will complete the purchase of Green Universe, a leading hydroponics retailer located in Sonoma, California. The deal is set to finalize at the San Francisco Cannabis Cup, which will be held at the Sonoma Fairgrounds Saturday, June 29, 2014.

The soon-to-be-called American Green Universe hydroponics store will continue to service many grow facilities throughout Sonoma County and surrounding areas, as well selling to customers online with its premium lines of cultivation products.

“Working closely with and better understanding the needs of growers is an important part of us perfecting the Jurassic Cultivation System. There is no better way of gaining knowledge of the community than servicing it,” says Michael Silvia, Director of the Jurassic Grow division at American Green. “We’re looking forward to extending our relationship deeper into the community through this acquisition.”

The Jurassic Cultivation System empowers growers to increase yield and decrease time to harvest in many cases, all while reducing the cost to grow. The Jurassic Cultivation System is the future of effective and efficient growing and will only continue to improve with partners like Green Universe.

Sonoma County is located in the heart of arguably the most heralded growing region in the United States. The ideal climate is just one of several reasons why so many industry pioneers have set up their roots there, both individuals and companies. The area is an integral part of California wine country, where high quality products are not just expected but demanded.
