Debentures don't mean Dilution

This is NOT a scam, nothing hidden here, No dilution.

ERBB is 100% legitimate, setting goals and reaching them.

so, large corporations never had loans and/or debentures? of course they did.

every publicly traded company started somewhere.

The fact they opted to take shares over cash means they believe ERBB is solid.

Debentures mean nothing when it comes to current PPS.
