I believe it was a move to strengthen the team. Titan most definitely believes they will achieve their goal imo. They went perhaps a more "connected source" for the long run, not a PR campaign imo. The cost is also 3x more for the new firm and now that financing is NOT an issue they can put together the team they feel gives them the best long term outlook.
