What makes you think Titan has plans for a marketing blitz? That is not their MO at all. This is a polrofessiobally run company who cares only about achieving their goal, not inflating their portfolio to "feel good" for the time being. Uplist is not going to happen until their is FDA approval. I do not think they will spend the money to even attempt such when it can all mean nothing without approval. The current pps means nothing to them as of now unless they want to dump their shares. A PR campaign of fluff will be a bad omen here imo. Titan will stay the course and keep shareholders up to date on relative achievements and as that happens the pps will take care of itself. As of now it is fairly valued as there is no product or sales and is a major spec buy. I am long Titan and think they will get it done but am a realist and am not associating this to be managed like 99% of the other stocks on the Otc. GLTA
