Okay so I've been seeing Red Giant Entertainment listed under another name, in several places under the brand name: RED GIANT MEDIA. I believe they are branching out and/or expanding!

Being born and raised in New York City, I know that this area where the address of Red Giant Media will be located on 5th avenue in Manhattan NYC is EXPENSIVE; so my assumption is that this will be no small operation, IMO...

Benny mentioned adding a new member(s) to the team during the telecast in May. Perhaps it will be Kevin Fox and Michael Joseph Lagana. Branded under the name of Red Giant Media - probably a subsidiary of Red Giant Entertainment.

We know that Intrinsic Value Films are directly tied to Isen Robbins and Aimee Schoof, but we cannot forget their positions with Red Giant Entertainment:

The site is not up & running (yet) but probably will when things are officially announced. They also probably grandfathered the business from the 2008 date I presume...

Looks like things are moving along. I may be totally off on this and all of this is listed as assumptions on reasonable DD with sources listed for everyone to see - all IMHO. However, when I see this, it makes me more apt to be patient. Yes, we have to dig to find it - but it's there - and it's coming! I'll keep what I believe what's coming to be to myself at this point so to not seem like I'm "hyping" anything.
