Thanks YB39. Forgot something important discussed in court on June 18th. BL pointed out another technology of MMR patents and products. Judge Wright inquired whether or not a patients medical record is available to any doctor. BL informed the court that, using the MMR products, Cedars-Sinai, UCLA, Cleveland Clinic all can access a patients medical record from anywhere in the world with approval by the patient. Currently, none of the aforementioned medical facilities do not "talk" to each other and the patient MUST compile all of his medical records and distribute to each facility. A doctor at Cedars-Sinai and a doctor at UCLA only have access to their system and no one else. Judge Wright seemed impressed that a patient could deposit all medical records into a single MMR file giving authority to all doctors to access their medical records. He seemed surprised that these major medical facilities don't have the "technology" to do the same as MMR patents, technology and products.
