Every shareholder is not required to do such that is a false statement. My dad has never communicated with the company and got his a couple weeks ago. I still don't have mine. I verified my information over a month ago. And how many people have came out about not being on the NOBO list which also we cant believe everyones statement on that. But what....15..20 people..tops?? that's like 1-2% of the shareholders. If not less. I can see some things not being as easy with it being a gift distribution and not a dividend. Dividends are applied to every share no matter what and the share structure and price automatically adjust to it on the pay date. These do not have that affect. Not all shares necessarily have to be included in this distribution.
