Pretty rough couple of days personally.
10q not much news. Not expecting much either.

But a property we all invested knowing about seems to be going away. Not pretty.

Jimmy's not going to be on the call? Why not?

Then I get home and we have over 200 posts today?
Looks like a group came in. New people. Or posts that were paid for?
