With the current SNAFU going on with the certificates I have to propose a question.

Where is the company getting the 4 million dollars to pay for them when they are eligible to be redeemed in a few months?

My certificates as many others are weeks overdue. If we can't trust the company to get this right what makes anyone with a certificate believe that they'll be able to cash them in?
