Summary meeting:
Approved all items, including the removal of the poison pill. Rejected the 30:1 reverse split and assembly invented a new item 10:1, which was approved. This item fits including questioning and generated much discussion because present at a meeting where only attended 18% seems irregular for not giving ample notice to all shareholders of the GDSs and the opportunity to vote online and this new item. Another point was questioned about the address that despite being widely questioned without giving any explanation, informed the meeting that the address "dep 2-13 pav, room 101c", "in truth" (used exactly this term) meant that HRT would occupy only part of the first floor. JG did not attend, perhaps to avoid, as I myself had already questioned the CVM, future claim of conflict of interest.
