Croptop, thanks for reviewing our experience at the courthouse. BL talked to the attorneys AFTER the hearing and the Judge adjourned the hearing. BL personally made a presentation to the judge for 20-30 minutes explaining the technology of MMR inventions, products and patents. Diagrams, slides and commentary was part of BL presentation. Judge Wright was listening intently as he asked several questions to BL. BL made some real points explaining to the Judge the technology of MMR patents. Judge's "body language" and comments at the end of MMR and BL presentation was good. Defendants attorneys tried to address (unsuccessfully) and counter MMR technology presentation, but that's when the Judge seem to loose interest in defendants presentation. As I previously stated, the defendants attorney asked the Judge during his presentation, and I quote exactly, "have I lost you". Are the patents valid, yes !! MMR seems to be on the move to success.
