Not being negative but here's more facts. Average volume for USPR is 170k. News comes out friday. Friday after the news it trades 156k and closes at .137 up from .134.

Yesterday big volume comes in, it trades 314k and is up 9.49%. Today, volume drops to 35k and it's down 6.67%.

Last week before the news USPR trades 96k, 99k, 72k, and 108k. Then yesterday 314k and it's up 9%. But has no follow through, volume drops to the lowest since 5/2 and gives back 6%.

Those are typical reactions to a pump done after news.

Now, it isn't negative. There's no slant. Just facts. So begs the question, why do a pump at .14 .15 when you can wait for proven reserves and do it at 6.67? And there were essentially no sellers today. Why did someone sell 314k yesterday?

People can use blinders but those are all facts.
