The deal in 2010 was for product being produced at our proposed South Georgia plant. In that LOI there was no mention of price or delivery dates. As you know, since then we have entered into a JV to build a plant in Allandale, SC and construction is under way.

The European client required that we send samples of our Bio-Coal for testing before they would give us a firm order. We have since sent the samples and they were acceptable to the client and then they gave us the order that was announced today.
