Here is the response I got from Dan. I believe this is good news as he said there would have been notification if anything was bad.

It's just a timing issue I believe.

"We are progressing and would have notified the public if there was a material adverse change"~Dan


Good luck in this. I'm not going to bother him anymore with meaningless emails as this is the second time he has replied to me in a quick fashion. I feel that if he was scamming he wouldn't reply.
