So basically, Manu is requesting, in part, the dissolving of the company. (page 9, line 20)

So how does he get away with dissolving the company without any concern about those of us that invested in the company. He effectively dilluted the sh!t out of us, got booted as a result and now wants to dissolve the company and keep the only valuable assets, Yellow and Atlas?

Am I missing something?
