Wait a minute correct me if im wrong....im no expert but.... We the "Shareholders" are the company and JF and chip are the Majority shareholders and are the companies officers. JF being the Majority shareholder. Someone please correct me if im wrong. Remember im still learning everyday.

Without the proper DD, investing in a stock is like going to vegas. With the proper tools , you can learn a lot. Also surround yourself with people that are more experienced than yourself.
