No, it says at the top of the page that there are 38 amendments, and if you count them, there are.

Grrrr! I have a PRINTED copy of the Entity Actions for PPJ which was printed on 5/16/2014, and at that time (2 days AFTER the last action on 5/14), and there were only 37 actions in total.

I had not bothered to physically count the list now displayed because the last entity action is still the one from 5/14.

After reading your post, I matched up everything in the current list with my printed list, and there is a new action listed which is clearly in error:

Document Number: 20140451190-57 # of Pages: 2
File Date: 11/21/2000 Effective Date:

The document number indicates a document from 2014 (it is the new style document number, which NVSOS began using in 2005), but the File Date listed is from 2000. Either someone screwed up in data entry YESTERDAY, or else the NVSOS database has gotten corrupted. Either way, that entity action was not there a month ago!
